Laser engraving for die cast products

Commonly you can carry out logo and marks on die cast housing and covers by die casting mold directly, no matter convex or concave characters or drawings. However, there are still limitation for such printing, such as the font size and weight. Too compact and thin font size can't be obtained by die casting mold.

Compared with mold printing, laser engraving has no such limitation. The characters and drawings carried out by die casting mold always have to be applied with draft angle and edge rounds, while laser engraving can come over such sometimes ugly features. Generally speaking, you can print desired fancy characters and drawings on die cast housing and covers with swift speed and few cost.

Silk screen printing for die cast products

Silk screen printing can be used to print artworks on to aluminum die casting parts. And silk screen printing is considered as the most versatile of all printing processes. Screen printing is often preferred over other processes such as dye sublimation or inkjet printing because of its low cost and ability to print on many types of media.
