Zinc die casting series
Die casting zinc alloy has fine casting property, and is suitable for casting thin wall precision products with complicated structure. Besides the zinc die casting has fine surface quality, which is always smooth and free from cold flow. While metling, zinc alloy is rare to absorb iron element, so that it won't be easy to adhesive to and rust the mold. Zinc die castings are easy to do surface finish, such as electroplating, powder coating and painting. Besides, zinc die castings have pretty good mechanical property and wire resistance in normal temperature.
Parison die casting foundry sources hot chamber die cast zinc parts from our suppliers, and does post precision machining by ourselves. Most of our zinc products are used in telecommunication industry, and some of them are machined out directly by profile material. We are willing to accept zinc projects with much precision machining, acutally it is much more suitable for us.
Hot chamber die cast zinc products
Because of the fine fluidity of melted zinc alloy, hot chamber die casting process is preferred for zinc high pressure die casting. The hot chamber die cast zinc casting has fine surface quality nearly free from cold flow and corrosion spot. Furthremore, taking advantage of hot chamber die casting process, zinc die castings can achieve much complicated structurs without inadequate feeding trouble. The good fluidity alos means it can achiever much high precision casting dimension.
Notes for zinc die casting process
Bad corrosion resistance: if the melted alloy is mixed with extra lead, cadmium or tin elements, the zinc casting is subject to aging and deformation. The typical phenomena is that the volume expends, and the mechanical property especially the plasticity can reduce considerably.
